Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery estimates begin after order processing has been completed and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Discreet Packaging
To protect your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without references to adult products or the contents of the package.
The return address may display a business name, abbreviation, or fulfillment partner name.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available and applicable.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of tracking after the shipment has left our warehouse. Please defer to the shipping carrier with tracking questions.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Love Stuff and More is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers who believe their package has been lost should contact the carrier directly and notify our customer service team for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to local laws, regulations, or carrier restrictions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally be shipped to the customer's destination.
International Shipping
Love Stuff and More does not offer international shipping.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
